Confidentiality
You may use our website without disclosing personal, identifying information. We will not obtain such information about you unless you choose to submit it to us.

Security
All financial transactions are handled via U.S. Postal Service. H.A.L.O. does not facilitate electronic/email credit card transactions.

Cookies
The H.A.L.O. Foundation does not use cookies to track users. The only tracking device is a total count of the number of visitors.

Information Collection and Use
All donor and recipient information, whether submitted electronically or via the postal service, is maintained in a confidential database and not sold or shared with others. If you supply personal, identifying information (such as name, address or telephone numbers), we will only use the information for the designated purpose, i.e. to acknowledge a gift, review a request for funding, or to provide information you have requested.

Communication
When you make a gift, or request a donation, you will be added to the H.A.L.O. mailing list. If you prefer not to receive our bi-annual newsletter or Thanksgiving letter, please notify us.
